Perform necessary repairs on damaged or non-operational systems
on five container cranes.
Upgrade crane's analog drives and controls with General
Electric's DC2000 to two cranes.
Install gantry wheel storm brake system to two
cranes. Replace
entire festoon system.
Rebuild main hoist brakes and replace drums.
Install new operator cab and install roof mounted air
conditioning.
Realign all drive equipment.
Replace main hoist assembly drum coupling.
Rebuild main hoist assembly gear reducer.
Install hydraulic gantry storm brakes and related control
interface.
Replace crane drive control to G.E. 2000 with programmable
controller.
